Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All purchases on Polymodel — including top-up credit purchases and subscription fees — are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access (and the month's credit allowance) until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit adjustment if:
- A clear technical error caused you to be charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, unprocessed top-up).
- A sustained service outage prevented you from using paid features for an extended period.
These exceptions are reviewed case by case. Contact us within 30 days of the charge to request a review.
4. Unused Credits
Top-up credits never expire and remain in your account until used. Subscription monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.
5. How to Request a Review
Email support@polymodel.io with: your account email, the charge date and amount, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
